These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Houston Roofing Team website and your engagement of our roofing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

All roofing services are governed by a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties before work begins. The Service Agreement specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and warranty details. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control.
Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed Service Agreement. Additional work discovered during the project (such as decking replacement) will be discussed with you and approved before proceeding, with any cost adjustments documented in a written change order.
Houston Roofing Team provides a 25-year workmanship warranty on all complete roof replacement projects and a 5-year workmanship warranty on repair projects, unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation and labor.
Roofing materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty. We will register your material warranty with the manufacturer upon project completion and provide you with warranty documentation.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
Payment terms are specified in your Service Agreement. We accept checks, credit cards, and approved financing. For insurance-funded projects, we work with your insurance company's disbursement schedule. A deposit may be required for material ordering, with the balance due upon project completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Houston Roofing Team's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Texas law shall govern these Terms.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Houston Roofing Team and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
